Belgrade-Pancevo railroad before deadline

Modernization of the Belgrade-Pancevo railroad which will be funded from the Russian loan will end before the deadline, i.e. by the fall 2016.

Technical Manager for the projects in Serbia at the Russian railways, Gennadiy Matiukhin, said it.

Matiukhin said for Novosti that, according the contract, the project should end by 2017 but since now the plan has already been over 10%, it is expected that Pancevo ‘s railroad ends buy the fall 2016.

Novosti also report that, thanks to donation of the Russian railways, Primery school Prote Vase Zivkovica in Pancevo, was renovated.

At the initiative of the president at the Russian railways, Vladimir Jakunin, three decades after not functioning, the main entrance to the oldest Pancevo school was finally rehabilitated.
