Cimos’s financial restructuring plan does not meet deadline
The forecast that Cimos will not succeed in preparing financial restructuring plan within the deadline came true. Therefore, the company asked from Kopari county court to extend the deadline for recovery plan development for two months, Ljubljana’s Dnevnik reports.
Delay in Cimos is justified with the fact that due to complex procedure of forced settlement, they did not succeed in implementing all necessary activities and get all the documents. The court confirmed the proposal of Cimos and the trustees’ board will have to agree on it – separate trustees which have insured claims and ordinary trustees.
According to the data from the Cimos site, the group operating in Serbia comprises - TPS Novi Knezevac, Livnica Kikinda, FAM Secanj, Lira Kikinda, Liradom, catering Kikinda, Livnica masinogradnja Kikinda and Krusik Mionica.
