Beocin sees the opening of solar power plant funded by Erste bank loan
Today, in Tancos at Beocin, Prima Energy opened a solar power plant of the installed power of 1 MgW, funded through Erste bank loan. The facility occupies three hectares while exit power totals one MgW. The loan totals EUR 1, 4 mil, i.e. 70% of the total investment and it was approved for a 12-year period.
Prima Energy is owned by Slovakian Beocin Energy which was set up by Slovakian investors with extensive experience in solar power plants construction.
So far, Erste Bank has funded various projects which use renewable energy sources. They comprise 17 mini hydro power plants, two biogas facilities, solar power plants, Wind Park, and other projects. Out of 17 mentioned hydro power plants, ten has already started producing electrical energy during the previous period.
