Paloma is looking for strategic partner

Paloma has signed a contract with Erste Group Bank AG and S&P Capital for execution of financial consulting services in the search for investor or group of investors for company capital increase.

Paloma reports it selected legal office "Selih & partneri", for legal consulting.

Paloma has recently been visited by a few potential buyers. Competitors from the region want to buy it. Those familiar expect that Slovak Hygienic Paper Group", a company with a plant in Slovakia, BIH, Croatia and trading company in Slovenia will participate in sales process.

Some time ago, Serbian Drenik was interested in Paloma and Arabian financial fund, Emkaan, which acquired a stake in Radece papir was interested in Paloma.
