IKEA pays EUR 20 m for land in Ljubljana
In a few months, Swedish IKEA could pay some EUR 20m for 84.000 square meters of lot in Ljubljana to Slovenian Triglav upravljanje nekretninama.
As for now, IKEA and Triglav do not talk about the work and negotiations
have been ongoing still, Finance which found out that the letter of intentions
with Triglav has already been signed, reports. Ljubljana municipality is left
to state its opinion.
More information on municipal spatial plan will be available after local
elections due October 5 where candidate will be current mayor, Zoran Jankovic,
as well.
According to unofficial information, Triglav wants to get EUR 230 – 270 per square meters, i.e. 19,3 and 22,7 mil EUR and they expect funds by mid next year, Finance reports.
