Is Japan Tobacco International interested in TDR takeover?

Ante Vlahovic, the head of Rovinj-based Adris Grupe, made a strategic decision on the sale of TDR which should be implemented by the end of this year.

According to last, unofficial but reliable information of tportal, Japan Tobacco International joined the race for TDR takeover very seriously.

When asked whether they are a step far from TDR takeover, Zagreb-based Japan Tobacco office sent a short reply:

- Company policy is that we do not comment business activities when it comes to mergers and acquisitions.
