Miners sell hotels – Mining Smelting Basin (RTB) "Bor" offers its property in country and abroad

Mining Smelting Basin "Bor" will put up its hotels in the country and abroad for sale.

- Hotel “Jezero” at the Bor Lake is offered to the potential buyers at price of 1.2m USD, while hotel "Metalurg", which includes 2 ha of land, has been estimated to 178,500 USD – says Miodrag Conić, General Manager of RTB.

He adds that, next to the Belgrade "Rekreaturs", RTB owns hotel "Biserna obala" in Čanj in Montenegro and tourist settlement "Borjak" in Vrnjačka Banja Spa. Bor’s share in these facilities was estimated to total of 350,000 USD.

The Basin is also the owner of two hotels in Croatia - "Avala" in Rovinj and "Orebić" in Orebić. These facilities will, however, be the subjects of mutual settlement between the countries.
