Investments of Delta holding total EUR 27,7 m in the first nine months 2014 – Company is planning investments of EUR 200 m

In nine months this year, the investments of Delta holding totaled EUR 27,7 m, and the company is announcing big projects in the upcoming period for which funding over EUR 200 m has already been provided.

The Executive Vice President at Delta holding for operational affairs, Dejan Jeremic, said that two already completed investments refer to construction of the second cold storage in Celarevo (EUR 6 m) and new line for production of short pasta in Novi Sad-based Danubius (1,8 mil EUR).

Implementation of the biggest this year’s project, construction of the new distribution and transport center, Delta Transportni Sistem in Stara Pazova (EUR 10,2 m), Jeremic said at the press conference where Miroslav Miskovic, owner of Delta holding was present as well. The project will provide 400 job vacancies.

Vice President at Delta holding for strategy and development, Marija Desivojevic Cvetkovic, upon presenting the 2015-2019 developmental strategy, announced the construction of the shopping mall in Autokomanda (EUR 200 m), new hotel in Block 20 (EUR 110 m), as well as new business headquarters of Delta holding in Block 19, between Crowne Plaza and NBPG apartmani (EUR 25 m).

A total of EUR 200 m has already been provided and according to Desivojevic Cvetkovic, projects will provide more thousands of vacancies. She announced investments of Delta holding in the region, one of which is the construction of the shopping mall in Banja Luka where EUR 50 m will be invested
