SBB acquires Montenegrin operator Broadband Montenegro
Regional cable operator, SBB who is controlled by American company Kolberg Kravis Roberts, acquired at the Montenegro Stock Market a control package of 49,4% shares at Montenegrin operator Broadband Montenegro (BBM) for EUR 2,47 m and thus practically took over BBM.
SBB now practically controls 64% BBM’s shares since in a the previous few
transactions, BBM-34,57 million shares at the average price of 7,15 cents was
already sold and the buyer on behalf of
SBB isSlovenian Broadband with the address in Luxembourg. The firm was
the third shareholder in size of BBM with 14,29% shares.
Montenegrin company, Comersa, ownership of Veselin Barovic, stays the minority shareholder with 35,7% shares, the portal reports.
