Location Requirements for Construction of Facility 4 of Minth Automotive Europe in Loznica Issued

At the request of Minth Automotive Europe, the Department for Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Loznica issued the location requirements in the Industrial Zone Sepak.

In this location, on the cadaster parcel 4533/48 and 4533/1, of 170,148.00 m2, the construction of a production-business Facility IV is planned.

The production part is to have only the ground floor, the business part is to have three floors (including the ground floor), and the total gross area is 24,021.57 m2.

The final processing and assembly of finished products will be carried out at the production part of Facility IV.

Let us remind that, in 2018, Loznica let the Chinese company Minth use 20 hectares of land, and the construction of the factory, which will produce aluminum automotive components, started last year.
