While studying at Belgrade Law School, Srđan Janićijević, the founder of KOMOH CEHC, started his career as a sales rep for Philip Morris International in Belgrade. From there on, for the next 15 years, Mr. Janićijević worked for Philip Morris in Lausanne (Switzerland), Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russia) and Almaty (Kazakhstan). He worked in most of the central and eastern European countries in the areas of marketing, sales, business development and general management.
Following his desire to come back and contribute to Serbia's recovery in 2001, he took the post of Country Manager for The Coca‐Cola Company in Serbia and Montenegro and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
His childhood dream of becoming an entrepreneur materializes in early 2004 when he founded the Komon sens.
Srđan has extensive business building, cross‐functional experience performed at highest international standards. He established operations in several countries, and has launched a number of the world's and local leading brands in Eastern Europe. His leadership skills are demonstrative in recruiting and managing large teams and multi‐million dollar operations. In addition to his legal background, Srđan attended a number of prestigious business executive schools and seminars such as IMD (Switzerland), INSEAD (France), and ASHRIDGE (UK).
He is happily married to Ljudmila and has two children, Anđelija and Aleksej.
Srđan is very active in the local business community. Among other things he was the president of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra Board of Directors (2002‐2007), of the Council of Foreign Investors Vice President (2007‐2008) and a BoD member of the Serbian Association of Managers, Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.
He is the author of the Alphabet of Business (Business Alphabet).
From 2005 and inclusive with 2008 he worked as Managing Director of POLITIKA Newspapers and Magazines, in charge of planning and executing the company turnaround.
