Tender for aqua park construction in Vrnjacka Banja released

The Vrnjacka Banja municipality released on Friday, November 28, 2014, a tender for renting unbuilt construction land for the construction of aqua park through written offers.

The land occupies 3,29,73 ha and it was planned for the construction of sports- recreational facilities according to the preliminary aqua park carried out by the Directorate for planning and construction within the Detailed regulation plan f the Sport center "Raj".

The initial rent price for the entire period is RSD 164.865.000 and it can be paid at ones or in installments.

The renting time is 30 years with an option of extension.

Offers submission deadline is 30days as of the publication in a daily distributed at the territory of Serbia. Offers opening is the next day after the offers delivery deadline expires.
