Who will build new four-star hotel in Bijela?

The Government of Montenegro is looking for a buyer for the Park hotel in Bijela, in the Herceg Novi municipality.

The complex comprising the Park hotel with the land, with an option or reconstruction and/or demolishing and construction of a new hotel ( in line with the DUP of Blaca-Josanica), as well as nearby House of the Djurkovic family with supplementary land. Apart from that, the Government of Montenegro is looking for a renter for a park which is a part of the locality (between these two facilities).

The Park hotel is at the coast in Bijela, on 730 m2, with a ground floor and three floors. The yard occupies 4.780 m2. Earlier, Montenegro was trying to find a long-term renter for this facility but failed. Also, last year, it was mentioned that the Turkish billionaire, Mubariz Mansinov, was interested in the hotel in Bijela.

The DUP implies reconstruction of the existing or construction of the new facility which would, apart from accommodation units (a four-star category) have catering, recreation and wellness facilities.

Offers can be delivered by February 27, 2015.
