Everybody wants Park hote- Numerous buyers interested in valuable Serbian real estate in Budva

The Park hotel in Budva, which is located at the most beautiful part, "Budva’s shell ", near the Slovenska beach, could soon get the new owner. More than ten stronger investors are interestd in the old hotel and the complex of villas near it, occupying 25.000 m2 which belong to Epsuturs.


The hotel which was the basis of modern tourism at Budva Riviera has 300 beds, large floral terrace above the coast, and other modest facilities, which provided it only two stars, which halts more serious tourist turnover. In 16 stone, three-floor villas, occupying 15.000 m2, in Podkosljun, only a few hundred meters far from the hotel, there are remaining 600 beds. There are two suite hotels.

As Novosti have been reporting earlier, the Budva municipality is willing to enable construction of modern tourist facility of high category at the Park hotel location. The terms were defined for it.

As Novosti finds out, there is a number of the interested for valuable Serbian property, under famous Zavala cape, covered with exclusive villas started by Russian businessmen. They delivered letters of intentions to the Serbian Agency for Privatization and got into other contacts.

As for now, however, the price at which the complex would be sold has not been mentioned yet. A businessmen from Montenegro, Sasa Milic from Budva, Real estate agency "Perjanik", from Budva whose founders are , Zoran Mugosa and Rajko Medenica, Russian businessman, Aleksandar Stankovski, Belgrade-based Omnipromet, etc. are interested in it. Trade Union of the EPS workers is also interested in privatization. German, Hamburg-based EES is interested in the property of EPS in Montenegro as well as for a number of locations in Serbia, investors from Great Britain, etc.


Thieves


The Park hotel which is closed during the winter, has had “guests”’ these days. It was a group of thieves and burglars from Podgorica who were intruding the restaurant and a café for a few times but the police caught them.
