“Old Mill” project accepted by Planning Commission of City Assembly

Planning Commission of the City Assembly accepted city planning project “Old Mill” on Thursday (May 17, 2007). On that space, in few months, company "Koling" will start construction of 19,000 business square meters.

Between 25 and 30m EUR will be invested in this state-of-the-arts business center. The building of "Old Mill", which is the monument of culture, will be reconstructed and turned into business suites.

It will be connected to the new building – hotel, which will be built in the background. Construction of a business tower, of which looks will be in accordance with the looks of the nearby building of BIGZ, also the monument of culture, is also in the pipeline.

City architect Đorđe Bobić says that the Commission unanimously accepted this, very good project of architect Sanjin Grbić.
