March 16 to see start of flats in Belgrade on water

The start of sale of flats in the first residential towers of the Belgrade on water will start on Monday, March 16, 2015, the mayor of Belgrade, Sinisa Mali, announced at this year’s International Fair of real estate in Cannes, it was published at the Beoinfo website.

-As of Monday, all interested citizens will be able to inform through the Belgrade on water website and all details will be published in daily media. The first next step is announcement of a five-star hotel design which will be located next to these towers and which will definitely contribute to beauty of his part of the city – he said and announced that designs of next facilities when nearing completion will be presented to the public.

The Executive Manager at Eagle Hills, Mohamed Alabbar, said the company is getting ready to start construction of residential towers in the summer as well as that designer solutions for other buildings and the shopping mall have been in development process.

-Today’s cities, in order to develop, must have a few different elements which create life – you need streets, parks, offices, parking, shopping malls, cafes, etc. It is important these elements are well-fit. If citizens saw the Belgrade on water project, they noticed that we paid attention to residential and commercial elements, culture and that citizens feel comfortable. Belgrade is one of the most beautiful cities for life and work and it is becoming a regional center faster than we thought –Alabbar outlined at real estate fair in Cannes.

The architect, George Efstathiou, the main designer of the Belgrade tower and Bur Khalifa, one of the highest building in the world and the central part of Dubai, says that the whole team of architects is excited for working on development of Belgrade.
