Simpo is selling office space in Altina - Initial price totals EUR 3 m

General Manager at Vranje-based Simpo, Sladjan Disic, announced the sale of office and sale space of the company in Zemun-based settlement Altina.

Sale comprises 4 facilities of warehouse and storage on 1.916 m2, then one facility of office and warehouse services on 799 m2, as well as unbuilt land on 1 ha, 31 a and 56 m2.

Initial sale price of the Simpo-owned property is EUR 3 m.

The interested can send offers in the next 8 days by March 29, 2015. Offers will be considered by April 1, 2015.
