Lustica Development releases design competition for Promenada hotel
("Lustica Bay" 3D render) The first out of seven hotels in "Lustica Bay" tourist complex, the Promenada hotel, will designed based on the architecture- urban solution through international competition which will provide creative approach in development of this project stage, Gradnja portal reports.
The project comprises a hotel, a combination of hotel ranking as premium 4 stars with maximal 50 accommodation units and condo hotel ranking as a five-star with approximately 60 accommodation units. The hotel location, whose construction based on design and permit, was planned to start in the fourth quarter this year is at the walking zone of the marine which ensures its extraordinary position in the resort. The hotel will be equipped with two restaurants, a café-bar, a conference and a business center, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center and additional facilities.

The works should be delivered to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro until June 2 at 12, and the jury will communicate the opinion of received solutions until June 7.
Apart from Farid, works will be estimated by the jury comprising: president, Predrag Jelusic, head of Directorate for tourism at the ministry and the representative of the ministry, Sanja Ljeskovic Mitrovic, Hani Ayad, Senior VP for destinations planning at Orascom Development Holding and Perry Brown, Senior VP at WATG.
