Israeli architect unveils designs for Delta Planet and Delta's new business building (PHOTO)

(Delta planet) Delta is going to invest EUR 56.3 million in 2015, which is only a part of an investment cycle totalling 250 million euros. People at Delta Holding announced today that the construction of the long-expected shopping mall Delta Planet and the new business building of Delta Holding would commence in the forthcoming period. Both projects were unveiled today in Belgrade by Israeli architect Ami Moore.

Delta Planet, which should be built on a total surface area of 172,000 square meters at Autokomanda in Belgrade, right next to the highway, will be the biggest and the most exclusive shopping mall in the region. In architectural terms, with solutions such as multimedia facade and green park on the top level of the shopping mall, Delta Planet will become a recognizable symbol of Belgrade and Serbia. Also, it should be emphasized that all "green construction" standards will be met.

(Delta's new business building) The EUR 200 million investment promises the best mix of tenants and amenities for the entire family, including state-of-the-art movie theaters, fitness centers, bawling room... as well as a parking lot for 2,500 vehicles, it was said at the project presentation.

According to the plan, Delta Holding's new business building will be situated right next to Delta's Crowne Plaza Hotel in New Belgrade. It will cover a surface area totaling about 20,000 square meters on 11 floors and a two-storey underground garage.

This investment is valued at EUR 25 million, and constructions works are expected to start this summer.
