Navigator Business Center totals EUR 20 m - Construction of one more business center in Novi Beograd started (PHOTO)

(Future business center "Navigator") Construction of business center "Navigator Business Center" in Bulevar Milutina Milankovica in Novi Beograd started. Balkans Real Estate, a part of MPC Properties portfolio, will invest more than EUR 20 m in the construction of the facility on , 22.000 m2, which will have a ground floor and eight floors. Completion of construction and opening are planned for October 2016.

It has not been familiar how many renters the building will have, since the investors said for eKapija the space is flexible and designed in line with client’s needs. The investor offered a few options where office space at one floor can be split into 4 completely separated parts.

Business people and companies can chose office space on 285 to 1.730 m2.

Business center was designed as a modern business building of A class in line with the principles of green construction i.e. LED standards. Focus was to decrease electricity consumption which will decrease utility costs of future renters to minimum.

After construction permit, the investor started building ground 16.000 m2 and 6.000 m2 underground garages. Apart from 146 parking places in underground garages, 56 on the outdoor has also been provided.

Navigator" business center will have a spacious lobby and green roof terrace while it is known that there will be a restaurant, a bank, a mobile phone shop, a hairdresser, a mini market. The thing the employed in the center will favor is the plan to open a private kindergarten for the kids of the employed in the building.
