‘Quatar Diar’ started preparation works for luxury hotel resort in Przno

The preparatory works are ongoing and the executive manager of ‘Qatari Diar’, Greg Bankhurst has said to Montenegrin Television that the construction works will start after the summer season has finished.

-We are making progress and we have a very good cooperation with the Government, municipality and architects. We are preparing offers for world’s hotel operators which could take over hotel management. That will be happening in the next 30 days. Everything is going as we have planned concerning Blue horizons resort and we are very satisfied. This project will significantly transform Montenegro and its tourism in the future. We will be starting with groundwork and digging right after the end of summer season. In the middle of the next year we will begin with construction works – announced Bankhurst, informs TVCG.
