Aviv Park shopping center in Zrenjanin to open October 29th

(future look of Aviv Park in Zrenjanin) Aviv Park in Zrenjanin will be ceremoniously opened October 29th, it was announced during the tour of the building site for this large shopping center in the Bagljas neighborhood, at the exit to Novi Sad.

- Israeli company Aviv Arlon is close to finishing the work on the construction of Aviv Park, which covers an area of 22,500 square meters and will have between 40 and 50 tenants. All contracts are already signed, rough works are completed, and tenants have started entering their outlets. Now we focus on the exterior, green areas, street furniture... – Aviv Arlon Marketing Manager Danga Gladovic announced and added that the citizens of Zrenjanin would be offered discounts of up to 50% on the opening day. In addition to domestic brands, Aviv Park in Zrenjanin will also be home to numerous well-known international brands. Among its tenants are Dis, Tehnomanija, NewYorker, HM, Deichmann, DM, CA... while some others are coming in the second phase - next spring.

The shopping center Aviv Park will also feature a movie theater with four screens, whereas the parking lot will be big enough for 700 cars.

Aviv Arlon acquired the land for this shopping center in October 2014 and obtained all permits in record time. Therefore, Aviv Park, with a total surface area of six hectares, will be opened within only one year.

- Fast implementation of the project, without even the slightest delay, was made possible thanks to excellent cooperation with the local self-government, the Zrenjanin City Development and Regeneration Directorate and Mayor Cedomir Janjic - Gladic pointed out, stressing that the investment was valued at between 25 and 30 million euro.
