Lot of almost 90 a in Pancevo's settlement Kotez under hammer - German Lidl interested

City of Pancevo announced the sale of lot of almost 90 a in Mose Pijade street in Kotez settlement. Estimated value which is at the same time the initial price at the auction as well is a bit more than RSD 73 m (EUR 609.000).

Lidl is interested in the space for the opening of supermarket but the advertisement, the member of the City Council in charge of trade and investments, Jelena Batinic, is available for all the interested parties.

Batinic confirmed that the advertisement is a result of a serious interest of German investor Lidl for the opening of the shopping mall.

Offers for the announced city lot can be delivered until November 16 through the archive of the Directorate for construction and public auction is scheduled for November 19, 2015 at noon at the same city company.
