As of November 1, market inspection controls real estate traders

As of November 1, 2015, the market inspection will control whether companies operating in trading and renting of real estate aligned business with the Law on mediation in turnover and real estate renting, the Ministry of trade, tourism and telecommunications of Serbia has communicate today.

As specified, the law defines that mediator must, when announcing turnover, i.e. real estate rent, in public information media, in their office space or other places where advertising is allowed, apart from data on their business name of number in the Registry of mediators, announce data on price, area, location and real estate structure.
