City of Belgrade rents 248 office premises

The City of Belgrade is offering for rent 248 business premises at the territory of capital through public auction.

The city is renting offices, hotels, hostels, outlets, warehouses, ateliers, shelves, production halls and garages and initial monthly rent starts from RSD 35 to RSD 1.388 (for outlets in extra zone) per square meter.

Office space is provided for rent upon insight and VAT is included in the square meter price. Contract on rent will be signed for a definite period of ten years.

Rents for outlets and warehouses which are located in extra zone are increased by 50%.

Public auction will be held December 7 at 12 at the building of the City administration in 27.marta street, 43-45.
