American real estate company "Remax" started with work in Serbia through franchise

American company for trade in real estates, "Remax", which has the largest network of agencies in the world, started with work in Serbia through franchise.

Representatives of the company said that they counted on representatives of Serbian diaspora as possible future buyers of real estates in Serbia, which would be included in the offer of all "Remax" offices. All interested can contact regional office in Belgrade. The plan is that the offices be opened all around Serbia.

- Licensed agents will work in these offices and each of them will previously have to pass one-year training - said President of "Remax Europe" Frenk Polzler.

He added that European part of the company with the headquarters in Switzerland had 1,500 offices in 36 countries with 10,000 employees, pointing out that another 600 offices should be opened this year.

The plan is that another 3,000 offices with 40,000 agents be opened within next seven years.

According to his words, Serbia is growing real estate market, as well as entire Europe, and the aim of "Remax" is to introduce new method of operations in that field, which is not sufficiently developed in Europe like it is the case in the USA.
