Vrnjacka Banja gets water polo training center - Tenders invited for project documentation preparation

The municipality of Vrnjacka Bank has invited tenders for the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the National Water Polo Training Center in this town.

The project National Water Polo Training Center is being implemented by the municipality of Vrnjacka Banka in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia and the Water Polo Association of Serbia.

Namely, for the needs of the 2016 European Water Polo Championship, two pools for water polo have already been acquired, with all the accompanying equipment, and they will be permanently moved to Vrnjacka Banja from Kombank Arena in Belgrade after the Championship is over. In that way, the National Water Polo Training Center will be formed in Vrnjacka Banja, comprising two previously acquired swimming pools made by A&T Europe S.p.A and an additional small pool for kids and non-swimmers.

Bids can be submitted until December 10, while the deadline to prepare and deliver designs is 5 January 2016.
