Energoprojekt builds apartments in Visnjica - EUR 15 million Sunnyville with 215 apartments under construction
The first half of January saw a building permit approved for another residential project. Namely, Energoprojekt is building Sunnyville in Visnjica.
This future residential complex will be located within the planned neighborhood Visnjicko Polje, on an undeveloped slope towards the Danube, on the right side of Slanacki Road. Maybe the most important characteristic of this settlement is its exceptional position with an open view of the Danube. Three facilities with two residential buildings each and 24,601 square meters of gross space, featuring 215 apartments, 9 outlets and 233 parking places in separate underground garages, will be built on a land lot of 0.9 hectares. An additional parking lot for guests will be available on the ground floor level.
All facilities will have three floors, attic and a commercial space on the ground floor, while ground floor residential units will have their own private gardens.
Apartments are different in structure, but two-room flats of about 50 square meter are dominant.
This investment is estimated at EUR 15 million, and the contractor is Energoprojekt Visokogradnja. Works should commence this month, and the entire complex is to be finished in 16 months.
