Oleg Deripaska pours EUR 110 m in Trsteno - Hotel, villas, restaurant, spa center, etc.

Russian businessman, Oleg Deripaska , will pour EUR 110 m in tourist complex which will be built in Trsteno, at the Jaz beach, Dnevne novine finds out and state that elite tourist complex will be built on 550.000 m2 land which Deripaska bought in 2004 and the construction will start right after obtaining construction permit.

KPM limited which Deripaska owns, has recently asked from the Ministry of sustainable development and tourism a construction permit for construction of a tourist complex in Kotor settlement Trsteno.

Russian businessman is planning to build a five-star hotel, hotel and suite complex, a few luxurious villas, restaurants, country club, sports courts and a big spa center.

Recently, Deripaska’s company, KPM limited, offered EUR 140.000 for one-year rent of Trsteno beach . Minimal price of rent for one of the most beautiful beaches at Montenegrin seaside was EUR 30.000.
