The Commercial Court of Cacak put bankruptcy owner PKS Latex
– HLC on sale for the third time through an invitation for bids. The factory in
Cacak in Nikole Tesle St. is on sale, as is the land property.
PKS consists of a phenolic resin facility, a methanol repository, a finished products repository, a chemicals repository, a substation, a water processing facility...
Nine apartments in Vrnjacka Banja in the “Jezero” establishment, various equipment, supplies and vehicles are also on sale.
The initial price is RSD 452 mil.
The public bidding will be held on July 5 at 11 a.m. in Belgrade in 3 Terazije St.
The property will be sold as seen and may be viewed after the purchase of sales documents.
