Zemun might get a Waterpark like the one in Ibiza – Company Tradeunique expects an economic revival of the region

Latinovic, whose company is one of this year's winners of the “2016 Business Partner” award, said for Tanjug that the construction of a Waterpark in Zemun was being planned, a complex modeled on the one in Ibiza. The value of the project is 40-50 million euros.

He pointed out that there were plans to build a Technopark in Indjija on a six-hectare surface.

Latinovic said that the construction of Azra hotel complex near Mamula was being carried out in Montenegro, where his company had been present for over ten years. This project stretches over two kilometers of the beach and it will serve as a location for a famous hotel chain.

Tradeunique is present in Russia as well, he added, where it is carrying out projects whose size exceeds even the Russian standards, such as a hotel-residential complex and two heliports. In Spain, the company is working on the construction of Meisho Hills complex, which will be, according to him, a luxury area.

Tradeunique's activities stretch beyond the Atlantic – they are building an international airport in Chile.

- I hope that the political and economic circumstances are improving. My opinion is that the crisis years are behind us and we hope for an economic revival – pointed out Latinovic.
