Deadline for sale of Beobanka buildings extended – Starting price EUR 3.1 million, buyers highly interested
The bid submission deadline for the purchase of two buildings of former Beobanka has been extended till October 31, due to large interest of potential bidders, the City Administration of Belgrade announced today.
Assistant head of the mayor’s Investment Cabinet, Dragutin Nenezic, said that the extension had been requested by numerous interested bidders in order to be able to provide the deposit, since the initial deadline proved to be too short for potential foreign buyers due to complicated monetary transfer procedures.
As the announcement says, the public bidding will take place on November 4.
The two office buildings of former Beobanka are located at Zeleni Venac, and the starting price is EUR 3.1 million.
