Hotel Excelsior in Belgrade sold to Greek company Lampsa, majority owner of hotel Hyatt Regency

Belgrade-based hotel "Excelsior" (www.hotelexcelsior.co.yu), which was built in the heart of the city in 1924, was sold in the organization of the Privatization Agency to Greek hotel group "Lampsa", which is willing to pay 610m RSD (7.3m EUR). Greek group indirectly has majority management rights in Belgrade's hotel "Hyatt".

The hotel has 3,054 square meters, so that the Greeks made great deal, because they bought office space on the most exclusive location in Belgrade for only 2,390 EUR per square meter.
