Montenegrin trade union puts office space in Belgrade for sale – starting price of 3,000 EUR per square meter

The Association of trade unions of Montenegro (SSCG) advertised the sale of office space at 714 square meters in Belgrade, at starting price of 3,000 EUR per square meter. The office space, 14 Dečanska Street, became the property of SSCG after the decision about ceasing the existence of the Association of independent trade unions of former state union.

According to the ad, part of the space is long-term rented, and the remaining space will be sold by the principle of priority in purchase.

The bids should be submitted prior to March 14. The opening is three day slater.
