Beobanka's building at Zeleni venac sold at EUR 4,25 m - New owner is German Stattwerk
The Beobank building at Zeleni venac has been sold today at a public auction for EUR 4.25 m, Tanjug reported.
The new owner is Stattwerk Belgrade, headquartered in Stuttgart. City Secretary for property affairs Slavica Savicic added that three companies participated at the public tender.
Apart from Stattwerk, another local company, as well as the Israeli company YossiAvrahami, which together with Almog Holdings bought former building of the USEmbassy, where they will build a commercialcomplex,took part in Blic reports.
The company gathers professionals from different professions: architects, engineers, 3D designers and other creative collaborators.The first project was Lofthaus, where the former engine plant in Stuttgart has been turned into an attractive residential area.
