Hippodrome in Preljina to become industrial zone - Cacak to offer land to investors

Instead of polo field and the hotel, whose construction was announced in 2013 by Velimir Ilic, factories will be built on and around Cacak hippodrome. At least this is the idea of ​​the new city government. With that decision, the Equestrian Club Milenko Niksic could, early next year, lose hippodrome and working area for the third time. City management says that in this area high buildings will not be built, and that property will be registered to the city and that it will not be sold to other parties, but it will serve exclusively for transfer to interested investors.
