Three offers for property of "Genex" in Belgrade
- A consortium led by Greek company "Starwood Hotel", a consortium led by Dutch "IHG Management" and a consortium led by Spanish company "Barcelo Hotels & Resorts" applied for purchase of the property of "Genex" in Belgrade - Privatization Agency announced.
The Agency said that Greek company "Starwood Hotel" run numerous hotel chains, such as "Sheraton", "Meridian" and "Westin". On the tender for "Genex", that group will bid as a consortium, together with company "Armini enterprises company" from Cyprus.
The consortium led by Spanish "Barcelo Hotels
& Resorts" includes companies "Aida Asset Association" from Lichtenstein and "Global real estate" from Belgrade.
The third consortium is led by the hotel management company "IHG Management" from Netherlands. That company manages numerous hotel chains, such as "Intercontinental", "Crown Plaza" and "Holiday Inn", and it will bid on the tender for "Genex" together with company "NBGP Properties" from Belgrade.
Public auction for sale of the property of "Genex" in Belgrade will be held on March 31st. Financial bids will be opened at the beginning of the auction, the highest of the offered prices will become the starting price and it will be increased by 3m EUR in every auction round.
