Multicon Inženjering to draw plans and run project supervision of reconstruction of airport Adler in Sochi

Multicon Inženjering, as the subcontractor of company "Strabag", has signed the contract on design of documentation for reconstruction of airport "Adler" in Sochi at 60,000 square meters.

The carrier of the construction of the facility is company Strabag, while Multicon Inženjering is hired to draw plans and carry out the project supervision.

Within the scope of reconstruction, the new distributive gallery will be built on the entrance-exit platform. For the sake of improvement of communications at the airport, new elevators will be built.

Construction of the facility commenced at the end of the 1980's. Because of the problems caused by breakup of SSSR, as well as for financial reasons, the facility has not been completed to the date.

Because of the forthcoming Olympics, the investor decided to have the facility completed and, at the same time, to have certain parts of the built facility reconstructed in order to meet new technological requests in field of planning and construction of airport.
