The Nikola Tesla Airport has placed a public invitation for written bids for the purpose of leasing offices for conducting forwarding activities.
A total of 9 offices are being leased for a period of five years at the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. The starting price of the monthly lease in the goods and customs warehouse building, along with joint expenses, is EUR 15.30 per m2 (VAT not included). The price includes the accompanying joint utility service costs: electricity, water, cleaning, heating, maintenance and physical and fire security.
The bid submission deadline is June 20, and the opening of bids will take place on the same date.
