We will put into operation the motel, then the assembly hall, and we also plan to provide catering services for companies operating in this part of Serbia. The renovation of the facilities has already started. Of course, due to the beginning of the season, we won't be completing all the works right away, as we don't want to miss the tourist season, which lasts until October. Still, everyone who visits out motel next season will be able to enjoy a whole new environment – Isasir said and added that the Ruma motel had 60 rooms with 170 beds.
Mayor of Ruma Sladjan Mancic emphasized that, in addition to investments and new jobs, it was very important for the local self-government for the economic growth to be followed by investments in tourism and accommodation capacities.
– The municipality of Ruma wants to develop in all spheres. It's certainly important that 25 workers will be employed at the motel. As I've been notified, there's only one worker at the Ruma motel at the moment. As a local self-government, we are grateful to everyone investing in the development of our municipality. I wish plenty of luck to mister Berat in his endeavors and I hope that Ruma will round up its tourist offer with a modern motel and its accommodation capacities – Mancic said.
