REBEC to be held on June 19-21 in Belgrade – Focus on PPP, hotels and trade centers
The development of investments in real estate, public-private partnerships, the hotel industry and shopping and retail centers will be the main topics at this year’s REBEC (Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition & Conference), to be held for the tenth time on June 19-21 at the Metropol Palace hotel, the organizers announce.
The motto of this year’s conference is “United Differences”, and, as the press release says, Serbia takes central place in the region as the best example reflecting that motto.
This year, for the second time, the REBEC program consists of three subsectors related to the development of real estate.
The current institutional development and harmonization of the legislatures in the region and the world will be presented at numerous panels.
The first part of the conference is dedicated to the development of public-private partnerships in Serbia and the Southeast Europe region, and it is organized in cooperation with Energovizija.
The panels within the second part are dedicated to the development of the hotel business in Serbia and the region. These sessions are organized in cooperation with Horwat HTL.
The third part is organized in cooperation with Retail SEE and is dedicated to the development of retail and shopping centers.
The key topics to be discussed over the three days relate, among other things, to the growing interest of foreign investors, especially those from China and Russia, as well as from South Africa, the UAE and Israel. A special part will relate to the competitiveness in investments related to environmental protection, the organizers announce.
REBEC is a professional platform promoting topics related to the development of investments in real estate.
The concept of the REBEC events is based on a conference event and the accompanying exhibit. The first conference was held in 2008.
