The Commission for construction land of the City of Valjevo released invitation for written bids for acquisition of undeveloped construction land for public ownership of the city, for Stefil industrial zone expansion.
Construction land whose acquisition is planned should be comprised within the Plan of general regulation Business zone and that it presented a unit of more connected registry lots of at least 13 to 20 ha most.
Construction complex of lots, as stated, can comprise lots where public traffic infrastructure is planned and it must have direct access to public traffic area.
Bids opening is scheduled for July 20, 2017.
As previously reported by Kolubarske.rs, for the purchase of land for Stefil industrial zone expansion, RSD 200 m or EUR 1,6 m was set aside from the city budget.
