Early September to see tender for sale of Depot in Belgrade - Initial price of EUR 4 m
Advertisement for the sale of the
Depot complex in Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 142 will be released at the
beginning of September, and the initial price defined by the Secretariat for
Public Revenues is EUR 4,078,620, the Mayor of Belgrade Siniša Mali said, Beoinfo

He adds preparatory work has been in progress.
- At this location, which is 4,316 square meters, construction of business-residential complex is alowwed, so this space will finally be arranged in the right way and get the proper purpose. The City of Belgrade will have the right to use the service for an indefinite time, in order to access the contact network on the existing facility 4 in the Depot complex, in which there is a transformer and a rectification station, from which the tram connection network is supplied with electricity - Mali said.
Physical and legal entities can apply for public auction which will be held early October under condictions defined in a public call.
This advertisement will also define deposit amount which participants will be obliged to pay to participate in public bidding, which, as a rule, is 10% of real estate estimated value.
