Immofinanz to start building Stop Shop retail park in Pozarevac on November 21

(Future look of Stop Shop Pozarevac) The Austrian company Immofinanz will start building its fifth Stop Shop retail park in Serbia by laying down the foundation stone in Pozarevac on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

Let us remind that the company obtained the building permit for the construction of this retail park on September 29. The opening should take place in April 2018.

The first phase of the Stop Shop retail park entails the construction of around 7,000 m2 and jobs for around 300 workers, says the press release by Immofinanz.
