Sale of B23 Office Park advertised again – Bidding for heliport-building on December 21
The building with a heliport on its roof, on the corner of the Antifasisticke Borbe Street and the Arsenija Carnojevica Blvd in New Belgrade, also known as B23 Office Park, is once again looking for a new owner, as the previous auction, which was supposed to be held on October 23, has been postponed.
The bankruptcy trustee of Beta-23 d.o.o, Gordana Draskovic, advertised a new sale of the company as a legal entity, whose property consists of the said commercial building (in construction), the accompanying equipment and supplies, as well as claims, according to the property evaluation study.
As Draskovic explains for eKapija, the previous sale was postponed, as the old owner had filed complaints, primarily pertaining to the fact the the tender had not mentioned the ongoing court procedures and other “small formalities”.
– The old owner is obstructing the sale so that it would take place as late as possible. We can expect complaints now as well – Draskovic claims and adds that there were interested potential purchasers at the previous auction.
According to the Business Registers Agency, Beta-23 is 100% owned by Verano Motors Belgrade in bankruptcy.
Let us remind that the ambitiously designed edifice in New Belgrade, the building with a heliport close to the Belgrade Arena, whose construction was initiated by the investor, Verano, back in 2008, has been empty and under construction for years now. Last autumn, it was reported that “the fate of the project remains unknown”, and there was information previously that the sale of the entire complex was planned.
As stated in the new ad, the initial price of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity amounts to EUR 26.481 million. The public bidding is scheduled for December 21, at 10:30 am, at the premises of Banca Intesa at 76 Milentija Popovica Street, New Belgrade.
