Zepter casts eye on Zvezda 2 hotel in Vrnjacka Banja?

The facility is estimated at RSD 202 m, and as Blic finds out, Zepter offered lower bid – for 50%.

- The offer will be discussed in a few days at a meeting of the Creditors' Committee. It is also possible to be accepted, since no one has yet submitted bids for this building. Only some renovations are worth about EUR 7 m, according to some estimates, the source which knows the status of the facility in Vrnjacka Banja communicated to Blic.

Let us remind, Zepter early this year bought Zvezda hotel at the center of Vrnjacka Banja for EUR 1,4 m, today named Zepter hotel. At that time there were no interested bidders for the so called Zvezdu 2, i.e. uncompleted facility the hotel was leaning against.
