"MPC Properties" won on tender for rental of 3 ha of land at "Autokomanda" in Belgrade - development of business building in pipeline

- Company "MPC Properties" has won on the tender for rental of 3 ha of land at "Autokomanda" in Belgrade by offering the price of 2 billion RSD (about 23.4m EUR) - people from MPC said to Beta agency.

As people from that Belgrade-based company explained, MPC will develop a business complex at 90,000 square meters of that land. The tender for 99-year lease of land at "Autokomanda", which was announced by the Directorate for Building Land and Development of Belgrade, attracted the bid of MPC and the bids of another two companies.

US investment bank "Merrill Lynch" became the minority owner of "MPC Properties" at the beginning of year 2008.
