Bulgarian company Kirci planning construction of hotel in Vladicin Han

The Bulgarian construction company Kirci is planning to raise a hotel in Vladicin Han, eKapija learns at this local self-government.

According to the announcements made by the Municipality of Vladicin Han, in the next month, Kirci will sign an agreement on the purchase of half a hectare of municipal land in Kula, where the hotel is to be raised.

The hotel will be located directly next to the Connection Center in Vladicin Han, which is a great position for the development of congress tourism, according to the local self-government.

They explain that Kirci is operating in Turkey and Bulgaria for now, but that it intends to expand its investments to Serbia as well.

According to them, after it purchases the land, the Bulgarian company will start preparing the project, which should be realized in 2018 and 2019. After the main project is prepared, the value of this investment will be known.

The Municipality reminds that the Bulgarian company was in charge of the adaptation of the facility of the Turkish company Teklas in Vladicin Han.
