Mataruska and Bogutovacka spa at auction on February, 20th, 2009

Agency for privatization announced that natural healing and holiday resorts, Mataruska and Bogutovacka spa would be offered for sale at auction which would take place on February, 20th, 2009, by the strating price of 187,3 million dinars.

As it stands in the announcement published in the daily papers, “Politika”, the deadline for submission of applications is February, 12th, and estimated value of 70% capital is 780,5 million dinars.

The future owner will be obliged to invest at least 208,3 million dinars, and deposit for participation will be 93,7 million dinars.

The most important objects are hotels “Termal, “Mineral”, “Zica”, restaurant “Jugoslavija”, building of the old bathroom, apartment building “Mineral” and a pizza place “Kapica”.

The company has 14 workers, and according the data of the Agency for privatization, it made a profit of 125,7 million dinars in 2007, and it had 160,3 million dinars of expenses.

Mataruska spa is located 8 km from Kraljevo city, and its richness is in the sources of mineral water of the temperature full of sumpore. Bogutovacka spa is 23 km from Kraljevo and it has a mineral water full of silicium acid, radioactive elements and sumpor.
