Five building parcels in Krusevac up for sale

The City Council of Krusevac has put publicly owned undeveloped building land up for sale through public bidding. The offer includes five parcels, whose initial prices range from 10 to 58 million dinars depending on the surface.

As the ad says, the parcels are meant for the construction of free-standing facilities for commercial activities, as the predominant purpose, and economic activities, as an additional purpose. The planned facilities, it is specified, can have a commercial purpose (office and shopping centers, supermarkets, hospitality facilities, services, gas stations etc.) or be meant for economic activities (trade shops, garages, workshops, services, storages etc.).

The floor area of the facilities to be built will be defined and approved by the Department of Urban Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Krusevac, and the person in whose favor the land is alienated obliges to develop the land within three years of the adoption of the alienation act, it is added.

All legal and natural persons may take part in the public bidding, which will take place on June 14.
